by Caroline Crowe (Author), Jess Pauwels (Illustrator)
A fun and silly rhyming Halloween tale, perfect for reading aloud!
The moon cast long shadows that crept through the park,
Pumpkins grinned gruesomely lighting the dark,
Inside her cottage, a witch cast a spell . . .
And let out a gigantic hiccup as well!
Now Hazel Broomstick was a witch in a fix
Because magic and hiccups are not a good mix . . .
Poor Hazel Broomstick is heading for disaster on Halloween eve! Her hiccups are making her spells do some very funny things, and now her scary black cat is all pink and fluffy and her terrifying jack-o-lanterns are veering on. . .cute!
