Return Window
Returns for eligible new, unused items must be initiated within 30 days of carrier delivery. Items originally supplied sealed must remain unopened with their original seals intact.
Item Condition
Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original saleable condition and packaging. Books must be unread. Original shrink-wrap or seals must remain intact only when the item was supplied sealed. Books supplied without seals may be returned if they meet these requirements.
Return Fees
Customer pays return shipping for standard returns by mail. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable for standard returns. Standard exchanges are not offered.
How to Initiate a Return
Refund Processing Time
Once an approved return is received and inspected, Cindi Book will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full replacement or refund at zero cost to you.
📖 Book Returns & Final Sale Items
To maintain item quality and condition standards: Books that have been read, show visible wear, or have broken original seals are considered Final Sale and non-returnable. Digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized products are also non-refundable.
Books originally supplied without shrink-wrap or a seal may be returned within the standard return window if unread, unused, undamaged, and in their original saleable condition. For books supplied sealed, the original seal must remain intact.
Standard final-sale restrictions do not remove the remedies stated for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Returns may be directed to an authorized U.S. return facility based on the item and order. Your exact return address and instructions are provided only after Return Authorization. Please do not send returns without prior written authorization, as unauthorized packages may be refused or delayed.

Shipping Transparency
Orders ship within the United States. Cindi Book branded titles typically arrive in 5–9 business days, including 0–2 business days of handling and 5–7 business days in transit. Supplier-fulfilled items typically arrive in 8–11 business days, including 1–3 business days of handling and 7–8 business days in transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Cindi Book items have a flat $9.99 shipping charge. Shopify Collective items use shipping rates set by the supplier. Orders containing items from different fulfillment sources may include more than one shipping charge. Your full shipping total is shown at checkout before payment.
Returns & Refunds
Standard U.S. returns are accepted for eligible new, unopened items within 30 days of carrier delivery. Returns are by mail. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and standard exchanges are not offered. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
