Our Commitment At Cindi Book, we are committed to providing quality books, gifts, and curated children’s products. Because many of our items are specialty, seasonal, or hygiene-sensitive products, not all items are eligible for return. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Standard Return Window Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition Requirements To qualify for a return, eligible items must: Be unused and unwashed Be in original packaging Be in resalable condition Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns requested outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return Due to product type, hygiene standards, digital delivery, or seasonal limitations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Digital products and downloadable content Gift cards Personalized or custom items Seasonal or holiday items marked Final Sale Opened books that show visible wear or damage Apparel that has been worn, washed, or without original tags Clearance or marked Final Sale merchandise Any item not in original resalable condition

If a product is Final Sale, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@cindibook.com with: Your order number Photos of the item and packaging A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue either: A replacement, or A full refund to your original method of payment

How to Request a Return Email info@cindibook.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item qualifies, we will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions within 1-2 business days. Because we utilize a hybrid logistics network with multiple fulfillment facilities, your specific return address will depend on the item you purchased. We will provide the exact facility address along with your Return Authorization.

Important: Do not send items to our administrative office. Unauthorized returns sent to this location will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs Customer preference returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved damaged or incorrect item returns: We cover return shipping.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected: You will receive an email confirming approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds may be denied if items are returned used, damaged, or outside eligibility requirements.
