This location is for administrative and official correspondence only. We do not operate a physical storefront and do not offer in-person services or local order pickup.


Our Shipping Commitment and Fulfillment Model

We strive to process and ship every order quickly and transparently. All timelines referenced in this policy are calculated in business days, defined as Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

Cindi Book operates under a dual fulfillment model. Certain Cindi Book branded titles may ship directly from Texas operations. Other items, including toys, puzzles, and select books by additional authors or publishers, may ship directly from trusted United States-based publishing, manufacturing, or distribution partners operating under agreement with Cindi Book LLC. Regardless of shipping origin, Cindi Book LLC remains your primary point of contact for all order-related inquiries and customer service matters.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 2:00 pm Central Time on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Central Time, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing refers to verification, packaging preparation, and transfer to the shipping carrier.


Handling and Delivery Timeframes

Total delivery time consists of handling time plus transit time. Handling time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order. Transit time refers to the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver the package after it has been transferred to the carrier.

For Cindi Book branded titles, handling time typically ranges from zero to two business days. Estimated transit time typically ranges from five to seven business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery timeframe of five to nine business days.

For supplier partner fulfilled items, handling time typically ranges from one to three business days. Estimated transit time typically ranges from seven to eight business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery timeframe of eight to eleven business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Shipping Carriers and Rates

We use major United States carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination. Certain book orders may qualify for a flat rate of 9.99, while other products may have shipping rates calculated dynamically at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If your order contains items fulfilled from multiple locations, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system after shipment confirmation.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Undeliverable Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within seven days of delivery at info@cindibook.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging to assist us in resolving the issue.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is provided to the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking, locating, or filing claims related to your shipment.
