Meditation might sound like a big word for a child, but the act of mindfulness is not. It's never too early to introduce to children the concept of slowing down, taking a deep breath and practicing self-care. In today's world, children are busier than ever and pulled in so many different directions between school, homework, sports and social commitments. When a Monster Meditates reminds children and adults alike the importance of slowing down, being present, feeling gratitude and finding the beauty in the world around us.
