Is the grass really greener on the other side?
The "What If" book series helps children explore this concept. The first half of each book explores vivid dreams of something better. The second half teaches that the greener grass always comes with its own challenges. The journeys of exploration, imagination, and learning serve as a reminder that being happy for what you have is a powerful approach to life.
In What if I Didn't Have to go to School? a young girl imagines what it would be like if she never had to go to school. She could sleep in! She would have more time to play! And she could help her parents!
But would it make her life better or just different?
