We Are Little Feminists pairs beautiful photos with playful, rhythmic text to help families and classrooms stand against racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism.
Author Biography
Brook Sitgraves Turner (she/her) is a graduate of UC Berkeley and USC's Peter Stark Producing Program. Raised in a multi-generational family of Black women, she's focused on inclusive storytelling across many mediums: children's books, television, film, and podcasts. She's been a member of Film Independent's Project Involve Fellowship, produced documentaries, New York Times recognized podcasts, and written on television shows. In her spare time she runs Pep Packs, a mutual aid delivering free care packages to people recovering from COVID at home.
Archaa Shrivastav (she/her) is an award-winning children's book author, freelance editor, and content creator dedicated to creating and curating Own Voices picture books featuring intersectional identities. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost to the customer.
