Author Biography
Carol McDougall is a writer, editor, and former librarian for the Canadian Children's Book Centre. She received the Mayor's Award for Cultural Achievement and the Progress Women of Excellence Award for her work in early literacy. She is director of the Read to Me! Nova Scotia Family Literacy program and lives in Halifax.
Shanda LaRamee-Jones is the provincial coordinator for the Read to Me! Nova Scotia Family Literacy Program. She has a passion for supporting early learning and has a master's of education degree in literacy. She lives in Halifax with her husband and son.

Returns & Refunds
Standard U.S. returns are accepted for eligible new, unopened items within 30 days of carrier delivery. Returns are by mail. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and standard exchanges are not offered. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost to the customer.
