Author Biography
Phillis Gershator has written many picture books for children. Her mother, Mim Green, inspired this collaboration, and the two have also cowritten Whos Awake in Springtime? (Henry Holt), which Booklist called "A playful and inviting bedtime tale." Phillis worked as a childrens librarian for the Brooklyn Public Library and now lives with her husband and frequent coauthor, David, in the US Virgin Islands. David Walker is the illustrator of numerous childrens books, including Before You Were Mine (Putnam), Crocodaddy (Sterling), and Bears on Chairs (Candlewick). Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost to the customer.
