by Sebastian O'Banion (Author)
Halloween adventure awaits in the second book in the Theodore Toad series that teaches children the importance of never judging a book by its cover.
In Theodore Toad's neighborhood, there has long been a legend of a monster lurking within a local cave. This Halloween, Theodore and his friends, Gage and Jacob, are eager to learn the truth. While out trick-or-treating, they decide to investigate...what better night to explore a cave than on Halloween. When they finally meet its inhabitant, will their nerves get the best of them?
Blending elements of suspense with all the spooky feels of Halloween, the book features an important message on not judging people by their appearances. Young children will appreciate the thoughtful illustrations and the, equally thoughtful, life lesson.
