by Stephen Sterling (Author)
Hidden all over the globe are magical communities with ancient traditions and knowledge. On the American Atlantic exists the Cardinal Key Academy where young magi can learn their natural aptitudes and harness their powers. Siblings Kalina and Phillip attend this school, but they're about to find themselves in circumstances that exceeds the boundaries of their natural gifts and the law. When a mysterious woman emerges from the Enchanted Forest behind the school, the campus becomes ablaze with rumors of who she might be - a creature? A witch? A student who was kidnapped two decades ago? A group of students make it their mission to solve her mystery and to find justice for her.
