by Catherine Gupta (Author)
A sudden invitation. A chance to start again.
Libby Autumn has always dreamed of becoming an author. But one year after publishing her first cozy mystery, she's feeling farther from that dream than ever before. That is, until an overly fancy envelope arrives in the mail, claiming to be written by a famous musician. The letter says that his mother, Florence Sterling, was captivated by her book and has a proposal to discuss.
What follows is the adventure of a lifetime for Libby, a true opportunity to start again and achieve a dream she thought was lost. She moves to a charming mountain town in North Carolina, befriends two fellow authors, and begins to work on the next book in her cozy mystery series. A surprising request from Florence leads Libby to assist in the grand opening of the town library, where Libby finds an unexpected distraction. During her time in the picturesque town, Libby's path to self-discovery is propelled as she finds a new level of inspiration for her life.
The Unexpected Connection is a story of the power of connection, the beauty of embracing change, and finding a life that aligns with your heart.
