by M. Douglas Clark (Author)
The Story of Jesus is an invaluable guide for studying the life and ministry of Jesus of Nazareth. By combining the four Gospels into a one cohesive narrative it provides a more complete portrait of the most important person in history-Jesus Christ.
Author M. Douglas Clark has carefully woven together the separate but partial narratives contained in the four Gospels to provide a compelling perspective on the life of Jesus. Without fictionalizing or paraphrasing Clark uses a straightforward style that is easy to comprehend, providing a clear chronology of the events in Jesus' life from his birth to his resurrection. The Story of Jesus is divided into segments that include:
- The Period of Preparation
- The First Year of Ministry
- The Time of Great Public Favor
- His Face Turns Towards the Cross
- The Resurrection and Ascension
For those who are ready to delve into an in-depth study of the life of Christ, The Story of Jesus offers uncomplicated and factual guidance for both long-term students and those who are just beginning their journey.
