by Mary-Eisa Yee (Author)
Acclaimed author Mary-Eisa has just released her highly anticipated third book, The Scriptures of Mary Magdalene.
Our story unfolds in a quaint New England town, its hushed Federalist homes slumbering beneath a twilight sky, the color of faded denim. There, noted historian Seraphina begins her quest to uncover the true essence of St. Mary Magdalene. The scent of aged paper and leather clings to her as her journey weaves from the yellowed, brittle pages of ancient Bibles and Nag Hammadi's papyrus, to the sunbaked dust and echoing stones of Magdala's newly unearthed artifacts and town. Mysterious whispers brush her skin as sunlight shimmers magically on ancient mosaics. Finally, she reaches the Grotto of France, its cool, damp air heavy with echoing silence. A magical tale, richly woven with historical research, including *The Gospel of Mary*, a book you'll treasure and find impossible to put down. www.mary-eisa.comPay with
