Over the last two decades, researchers have made significant discoveries about the causes and origins of delinquency. Barry C. Feld is Centennial Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota. He is the author of eight books, including: Bad Kids: Race and the Transformation of the Juvenile Court (OUP 1999 and winner of Hindelang Outstanding Book Award, American Society of Criminology, and Outstanding Book Award, Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences) and Readings in Juvenile Justice Administration (OUP 1999).
