THE JOY OF MEDITATION This takes the mystery and hard work out of meditation. It can be a joy when you let this book show you how to find your own unique approach.
"Meditation is simply prayer without words, prayer of the soul, mind and heart. In its best form, it is like talking to God with the tongue of the spirit and hearing Him answer with the ears of the soul. It is spiritual training. It is filled with consolations unknown to those who never practice it. Meditation at its poorest is the highest form of prayer, but at its best it is a foretaste of Heaven's joy." - BISHOP F.C. KELLEY
