by Alfred D'Alessandro (Author)
Fitzgerald meets Salinger in this coming-of-age romp that follows a spirited first gen crashing and burning the Ivy League like Holden Caulfield reborn. After an improbable bid from the "breathlessly aristocratic Ivy Club" and an inspiring professor he learns to reconcile the Animal House and Dead Poet Society within himself.
"It's so delightfully sardonic and unremittingly hilarious I started jonesing for it as soon as my morning coffee kicked in."
"An amusing book that touches on themes of Ivy League privilege. Loved the flying Christmas cannoli, happy bottoms, and Math 447 dream."
"Evocative, funny, introspective. By the end, I felt as if I'd gone to Princeton with the author!"
