Simple chemistry, modern alchemy.
Such knowledge is power. And forbidden.
Upon discovering the alchemist's daughter, Alouette, a group of plunderers force her to walk the plank. Saved by the mysterious Captain Atlas DeLuca and his mischievous boatswain, she's pulled along for a heist in order to steal a crown. Much more than what they bargained for, the three partake in a journey of unraveling the tapestry of lies between a captain's crew and the secrecy of his kingdom.
