by Thornton W. Burgess (Author)
The Adventures of Reddy Fox is a classic children's book written by Thornton W. Burgess. The story follows the mischievous and cunning Reddy Fox as he navigates the dangers and challenges of the forest. Reddy is constantly getting into trouble with his fellow forest creatures, including his arch-nemesis, Farmer Brown's boy. Along the way, Reddy learns important lessons about honesty, friendship, and the consequences of his actions. The book is filled with charming illustrations and is sure to delight young readers with its engaging storytelling and lovable characters.Ol' Mistah Buzzard was right. Trouble was right at the heels of Reddy Fox, although Reddy wouldn't have believed it if he had been told. He had stolen that plump pet chicken of Farmer Brown's boy for no reason under the sun but to show off. He wanted everyone to know how bold he was. He thought himself so smart that he could do just exactly what he pleased and no one could stop him. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
