by Gloria Hill (Author), Johannes Christian (Illustrator)
This book features a story from National Geographic based on true facts. The book tells a story of the Clotilda, the last known U.S. slave ship to bring captives from Africa to the United
States. The ship ports at the Mobile Bay in 1860 with 110 kidnapped African men, women, and children.
The ABC'S of the Clotilda is a great way to tell the story of the Clotilda to young children.
