Will Thaddeus agree to barter his soul to the Daemon to regain his Powers?
From the imagination of bestselling and award-winning author Louis Sauvain, Book 5, Thaddeus and the Emperor has arrived. It continues The Tower of the Cin trilogy of the College of Sorcerers series. Rescued by the Ancient One, Thaddeus now faces the all-powerful Emperor of the Cin reigning from the ancient capital of Cinoton.
Thaddeus is granted extraordinary privilege using the Green Dragon's bone flute, only to stir the wrath of the Princeling who long ago sought his death. He is oblivious to the extent of the Prince's lust for power, including his plan to eliminate all the Imperial Family placing the blame on the Beewickean's shoulders. To escape, Thaddeus must regain his Powers.
- Can Thaddeus defeat the Daemon's minions set against him in the Cauldron of Creation?
- Can Thaddeus resist the temptation of the Cinnian Princess and save himself from the Headsman's ax?
- Can Thaddeus regain his Sorcery for all time or only use the Magicks whose power stops at the Border of the Cin?
- Can Thaddeus awaken the long dead Tyrannus Superbus from the prison of his crystal dome?
- Can Thaddeus steal back the Ruby Sword from his Brother Apprentice and return it to the King as he has sworn to do?
- Can Thaddeus learn the Secret of freeing the Emperor of the West from his invulnerable glass tomb from a mule?
- Can Thaddeus save the People of the Cin from their Static Curse of the Centuries? Should he?
