With over 20 years of experience leading and working with businesses, she has developed the Tandem Leadership process--an innovative strategy for entrepreneurs to work with the #2 or "second-in-command" leader in their company. She works with business leaders to achieve the results they want in all areas of their lives. Previously, she worked as a director of consulting in addition to stints as a Vice President in entrepreneurial companies. She has been fortunate to work with some of the most dedicated professionals and amazing clients who taught her that pursuing excellence, living your passion, and enjoying your life are not mutually exclusive. She is a Martha Beck-trained Life Coach and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters of Public Administration from California State University, East Bay. Returns & Refunds
Standard U.S. returns are accepted for eligible new, unopened items within 30 days of carrier delivery. Returns are by mail. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and standard exchanges are not offered. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost to the customer.
