by Eva K. Betz (Author)
Come to know Saint Martin de Porres, a man who entrusted his service to God by caring for all the sick, children, and animals he could--even mice! Remarkable in the way he cared for the suffering people of Peru, Saint Martin's great care for even the smallest of God's creatures changed hearts and souls. As the beautifully written and illustrated story unfolds, readers see how this saint resolved problems between all types by his outstanding kindness to every creature, seeing each one's God-given dignity regardless of its size.
Saint Martin de Porres and the Mice is part of Eva K. Betz's Saints and Friendly Beasts series, entertaining and educating children of all ages. Every book is fully illustrated and displays Charles Vukovich's artwork on each page of these stories about the saints. Other priceless books in this series include Saint Germaine and the Sheep and Saint Brigid and the Cows. Ideal for all children, especially those enrolled in TAN Academy in kindergarten through third grades for easy reading literature.Pay with
