by Elder Willie Simpson (Author)
This book is about my life journey that included being raised in a good family; being a high school football star; getting a college scholarship for my education and playing football and then tossing that aside; serving time in state prison; finding God; and marriage and rearing children. Today, I am focused on helping people who have been newly released from prison to become whole and to become good citizens and wage earners.
I am the Founder and National Director of Outreach Reentry Ministry, Inc. which was created as a 501c3 nonprofit organization in 1991. I invite you to our website to learn more. www.outreachreentryministry.org. I ask you to recognize the needs that returning citizens (newly released from prison or jail) have and to help these returning citizens to become whole and be productive citizens.
