by L. J. Shen (Author)
An explosive enemies-to-lovers romance brimming with angst, revenge, and emotional redemption, Pretty Reckless is the heart-stopping first book in the All Saints High series by New York Times bestselling author L.J. Shen.
Penn Scully has waited four long years for this moment. Four years since Daria Followhill stole something from him he can never get back. Now fate has thrown them under the same roof, and he's ready to take back control--one cruel, calculated move at a time.
But Daria isn't the pampered princess everyone sees. She's been misunderstood, judged, and emotionally barricaded for as long as she can remember. She wears sarcasm like armor, hides her pain behind perfect lashes, and has mastered the art of being untouchable. Until Penn moves in.
In the halls of All Saints High, trust is a weakness, emotions are weapons, and love? It might be the cruelest trap of all.
With razor-sharp dialogue, raw vulnerability, and an addictive emotional arc, Pretty Reckless delivers the kind of dark bully romance that haunts you long after the final page.
Revenge brought them back together. The truth might tear them apart.
"I loved the characters, the world building, and most of all the writing. LJ Shen has an exquisite, original voice and deserves all of her success." --Vi Keeland, New York Times bestselling author of Bossman
