Preppy Floral Leggings by Mila & Rose is a pair of girls' leggings designed for active play, relaxed days, and coordinated outfits.
These leggings are designed for layering under dresses and skirts. Mila & Rose's founders designed these leggings when they could not find the comfortable pair for Mila. Everything was either cut too low in the waist or fit too baggy in the leg.
*Leggings are high waisted for extra bum coverage and cut slimmer in the leg for a tight fit.
