Pregnancies aren't always easy. All expectant mothers feel a sense of nervousness or anxiety, especially since each pregnancy is different. It sometimes helps to have a pregnancy journal guide to remember important things regarding physical health, or questions to ask when visiting doctors' offices. Looking back over the journal as the pregnancy progresses is helpful, especially if experiencing health problems. Journals can even be saved to refer back to during other pregnancies, and can serve as a health history. They can even be saved to pass on to daughters when grown, during their pregnancies, and may become an irreplaceable keepsake from the birth of a child.
