by Trina F. Winde (Author)
He built one of the fastest-growing churches in the country...
But the past he left behind is calling him home.
Charlie Nettles was raised in the shadow of a preacher-and a childhood marked by loss. While his father poured himself into the church, Charlie was left to wrestle with grief, questions of faith, and a longing for something more.
Then came love.
The kind that changes everything.
But when that love is suddenly taken from him, it leaves a wound that follows him into adulthood-shaping every decision, every relationship, and every step he takes.
Determined to find purpose, Charlie carves out a path in ministry, building something extraordinary. A life. A church. A future. From the outside, it looks like everything he was meant to become.
But success can't silence the past.
When tragedy forces him back to the small Southern town he once tried to escape, Charlie is confronted with the very things he buried-unanswered questions, unresolved pain, and the echoes of a love he never truly let go.
Because some callings never leave you. Some wounds never fully heal. And some journeys... lead you right back to where it all began.
Preacherman is a powerful story of faith, loss, redemption, and the courage to face the past in order to find healing.
If you've ever struggled with loss...
If you've ever questioned your path...
If you've ever wondered if broken pieces can truly be made whole again...
This story will stay with you long after the final page.
