by A. J. Solano (Author)
Join Robby, a charming retro robot with a shiny red and yellow exterior, and his witty cockatoo friend, Scout, on an unforgettable adventure filled with curiosity, courage, and the search for belonging. Created by a young genius named Alex, Robby was left in a dusty closet for years, forgotten and alone. That is, until Scout, a rebellious cockatoo who escaped mistreatment from his owners, accidentally activated Robby while seeking refuge in the very same closet.
Determined to find Alex and discover why he was left behind, Robby and Scout embark on a heartwarming journey through bustling cities, serene parks, and intriguing science fairs. Along the way, they encounter a host of new friends, including a wise old owl, a playful squirrel, and even an old, silver cat named Luna with her own agenda. Each encounter brings new challenges and valuable lessons about trust, perseverance, and the importance of connections.
As they navigate the maze of clues leading them closer to Alex, Robby and Scout's bond grows stronger. Scout, initially skeptical of humans due to his past, learns to trust again through his friendship with Robby and the kindness of those they meet. Their journey is a testament to the power of hope and the beauty of discovery, emphasizing that even in the face of adversity, we should never give up on those we care about.
Their adventure takes a dramatic turn when they finally reach Alex's home. With the help of Alex's young son, Junior, Robby and Scout are reunited with their creator. Alex, now a dedicated inventor and loving father, welcomes them with open arms, completing the circle of their incredible journey. Through this reunion, Scout learns that not all humans are unkind, and Robby discovers the joy of finding where he truly belongs.
