by David Slocum (Author)
On his way home, Paco Dong walks down the Rio Grande to discover a new humanoid species.Sneaking away with his new partner, Paco develops a special friendship with the Duck-Dragon. Paco's life is falling apart when a murder turns into a terrifying search from renowned detective Egon Krahn that becomes a binational investigation from the borderlands. The circumstances surrounding the murder unravels a mystery in the border town of Canutillo, Texas.
This is a cozy fantasy- mystery novella that overlaps with my novel The Brewers' Murder Diaries.
