NOTE: Joe Lane occasionally used caricatures of Africans and Native Americans which, while common at the time, are understood as inappropriate today. These are included in this edition in order to make it a proper reprint. For those who would prefer to avoid such cartoons, we recommend the collection "Nun Funnies!".
Author Biography
Joe Lane was a pen name of Joseph Eichberger (1911-2009), a World War II Navy veteran and Chicago Fire Department engineer whose cartooning career included pre-Golden Age comic books as well as a long run producing cartoons about nuns, priests, and the faithful for the Catholic magazine Extension.

Standard U.S. returns are accepted for eligible new, unopened items within 30 days of carrier delivery. Returns are by mail. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and standard exchanges are not offered. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost to the customer.
