Jaxon Malone lands the simplest job of his career-travel to the Kingdom of Ajid and escort Alia Fadel back to America to be the maid of honor in their friends' wedding. But no one foresaw a previous regime suddenly surging back to power over the country-or their decision to imprison Alia for standing up to the new rulers. Silenced and alone, Alia loses hope of ever being free again.
Jax springs into action, but every attempt to get Alia out of the country fails. Things go from bad to worse when Ajid's Supreme Leader insists on marrying her in a ruthless power play of a publicly televised ceremony.
Jax needs help-and fast. Several Kings of the Castle rise to the call, traveling behind enemy lines to rescue Alia and her family. But it'll take a miracle to pull off their daring escape plan, which must happen before the new government seals the country off from the rest of the world. Is it too late, even for the Kings, to enact the impossible?
