What solidified my decision to write this book was a quote often attributed to Brené Brown: "One day, you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through, and it will become someone else's survival guide."[i] Well, One Failure at a Time is my modern survival guide. I believe this book has the potential to assist individuals in assessing their current situations and extracting valuable lessons from any challenges, confusion, or misinformation that piqued their curiosity and led them to pick up this book.
