by Coco Simon (Author), Glass House Graphics (Illustrator)
The bestselling Cupcake Diaries series is now available in graphic novel format! In this adaptation of the sixth book, Mia finds that one more in the mix is always better!
Mia loves all her friends in the Cupcake Club, and things are good at home with her new stepdad and stepbrother and going to her dad's house on the weekends. School is okay too with one exception: Mia is failing Spanish! She can speak it at home with her family, but writing is a different story. And when it's parent-teacher night, Mia has a new dilemma: Who goes to that? Mom and Eddie? Mom and Dad? All of them? Mia soon realizes that sometimes having an extra (or a "baker's dozen") of something can be a very good thing. Fun, bright, full-color graphic panels tell the story with the same humor and heart as the original novel.Author Biography
From cupcakes to ice cream and donuts! When she's not daydreaming about yummy snacks, Coco Simon edits children's books and has written close to one hundred books for children, tweens, and young adults, which is a lot less than the number of cupcakes, ice cream cones, and donuts she's eaten. She is the author of the Cupcake Diaries, Cupcake Diaries: The New Batch, the Sprinkle Sundays, and the Donut Dreams series. Her newest series is Mia in the Middle.
