by Nicholas Harvey (Author)
A perfect life. A tragic loss. A carefully hidden agenda.
A tragedy on Grand Cayman's famed Seven Mile Beach appears to be a sad yet simple case, with no crime committed. But when trainee detective, Nora Sommer, puzzles over a minor, unexplained detail, she begins to unravel the bizarre and complex lengths one person will go to in order to protect what they love.
Losing Sommer delves into the dark and desperate corners of the human psyche, and while Nora attempts to solve the strange police case, she stretches herself further by shedding the uniform in her hell bent desire to settle an old score.
Book five in the Nora Sommer Caribbean Suspense series sees Nora struggling once more to balance her desire for justice with the strict rules of law enforcement, bringing her work and home life crashing together... and pushing her to a breaking point from which she may never return.
Can be read in series, or as a stand-alone novel.
