Lazlo Lemur and his friends are back and ready to learn new notes on the recorder! There's just one problem: Amina can't seem to keep up. After all, two old notes and two new ones are a LOT to remember.
Designed for young children and elementary students continuing their recorder journey, this story weaves musical skill-building right into the read-aloud experience-helping kids stay engaged while reinforcing what they're learning in class.
Perfect for:
- Elementary music teachers teaching recorder units and note progression
- Parents supporting practice at home
- Students who feel frustrated when learning new skills
What kids will experience:
- Reinforcement of recorder skills and note recognition
- Confidence as they move from familiar notes to new ones
- A reminder that learning at different speeds is okay
Whether in the classroom or at home, this interactive picture book helps children build persistence, confidence, and a love of music-one note at a time.
Written by a former elementary music educator turned bestselling children's book author, Vicky Weber strives to make learning fun through interactive musical picture books!
