by Albert Payson Terhune (Author)
The handsome Lad is the master of his domain. Along with his mate, Lady, he chases away any intruders, canine or otherwise. But when his owner brings home a young male and lady begins spending her time with the newcomer will lad be able to win her back?
The 12 stories that make this collection are based on the author's own experiences with his pet dog. Follow along on his exploits as he bounds from adventure to adventure. Encounters with poisonous snakes, police, and city streets are just some of the obstacles lad must face in this collection that has been popular for over 100 years.
This edition is complete and unabridged.
