Invocations is a book written by Allan Kardec, a French educator and spiritualist who is considered to be one of the founders of Spiritism. The book is a collection of invocations, or prayers, that are meant to be used as a form of spiritual practice. The invocations in the book are designed to help individuals connect with the spiritual world and seek guidance and support from higher powers. They are written in a clear and concise manner, making them easy to understand and use, even for those who are new to spiritual practices. The book is divided into several sections, each of which focuses on a specific aspect of spiritual practice. The sections include invocations for protection, healing, guidance, and gratitude, among others. In addition to the invocations themselves, the book also includes an introduction that provides background information on Spiritism and the importance of spiritual practice. There are also explanations of the various symbols and concepts used in the invocations, as well as suggestions for how to use the book effectively.Overall, Invocations is a valuable resource for anyone who is interested in spiritual practice and seeking to connect with the spiritual world.
