by Gail Forsyth (Author)
When a new baby arrives on the scene, this book can help the older sibling learn about the new baby sister in the family. You can read this book to younger children or if the child can read, they can read it themselves. The book offers lots of pictures to color along with both letter recognition and baby items to become familiar with. The activities, mazes, match up puzzles and counting pages are lots of fun too. The book also talks about the habits and the needs of babies, from crying, eating and staying warm, to sleeping to learning how to smile. Having the older sibling help with the new baby is also encouraged. A fun book for the older sibling to embrace the idea of a younger sister.
