"Learning never exhausts the mind."--Leonardo da Vinci
With gorgeous, detailed illustrations and simple text, this chunky board book with a sweet finger puppet of the Renaissance master lets your child step into da Vinci's shoes as he changes the world with his creative inventions and his masterful paintings. You, too, can be creative like Leonardo da Vinci! Through reading and play, Finger Puppet Heroes inspire children to acquire the attributes and talents of the world's greatest figures.Author Biography
Susanna Covelli was born in a small town in Piedmont, Italy, earned an MA in architecture, and followed her passion for art and decided to attend a specialization course in both traditional and digital illustration at Scuola Iternazionale di Comics in Turin. Her art expresses her own imagination and inspiration from nature, and she has always been attracted by sinuous shapes, Baroque style, and out-of-the-ordinary perspective.
