Take a big breath in and let a big breath out is the mantra of this interactive board book that teaches conscious breathing to children (and adults) through everyday actions like smelling flowers and blowing bubbles.
- These identifiable activities make the concept of mindful breathing accessible to toddlers and easy to learn and practice.
- The interactive spread with five lift-the-flaps reinforces fundamental counting skills from 1 to 5 and the basic breathing techniques presented.
The reassuring ending reminds children that everything will be okay, because when things get rough they will know to first huff and then puff.
