by Alysia Quinn (Author)
"hold her, but let her go" is a collection of poems and writings exploring the themes of healing and letting go. In her second book, Alysia writes about the process of embracing, forgiving, thanking, and releasing the past versions of ourselves that helped us to get to this point in time, allowing us to see how worthy we are of receiving what is here now and what is to come. She helps us to feel seen in our grief, speaking about the layers and complexities of trauma and relational loss on the spiritual journey of self-discovery as we become who we already are. Her poems invite us to look inward, feel difficult emotions, and consider offering ourselves compassion on the lifelong path of acceptance and letting go.
