Author Biography
NATE MAST is a former walk-on at the University of Illinois and the current Director of Basketball Operations at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Previously, Mast was head men's basketball coach at Parkland College, an assistant coach at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith and a basketball grad assistant at the University of Kansas. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and a master's in architecture from the University of Kansas. SHAWN DONNELLY is a writer and editor in Brooklyn, New York. He has written for Esquire.com, Maxim, Men's Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, MadeMan.com and ESPN Rise. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
