by Anna C. Wilde (Author)
Paths and symbols, mazes and riddles bring you to a bridge at the center, reconciling the heavens and the earth, the spirit and the elements.
Gemini World is a contemplative collection of poetry and a novella, laid out for the lovers, the dreamers, the philosophers, and the mystics.
A. C. Wilde writes a profound yet whimsical exploration of
paradox, duality, and truth;
nature and humanity;
love and loss;
life and death;
beauty and blemish.
Drawing inspiration from literary greats and powerful thinkers like Walt Whitman, William Butler Yeats, William Blake, Emily Dickinson, Robert Frost, S ren Kierkegaard, and Carl Jung, Gemini World invites you to explore nature, the human experience, and the blurring of reality and dreams.
Part 1: The Heavens delves into the realms of the philosophical mind, selfhood, and matters of the spirit.
The Intermission features a captivating seven-chapter story titled "The Maze," preceded by its prologue, "The Path." This adventurous novella is at the heart of the book, weaving playful symbolism and drawing entirely from the author's rich dreamscapes and mystical experiences.
Part 2: The Earth is divided into four elemental sections: air, fire, earth, and water. Wilde summons you to consider nature with adoration and reverence as well as humanity's position within it.
