Elena just knew she and Max would be together forever. Max was her dog and she was his girl. But when Max passes away, Elena is lost. She believes she can never be happy again. Follow Elena's journey from loss, to loving memories, to learning that there is room in her heart for more than just one dog. Elena learns that although she can no longer see him, their deep connection keeps Max with her, always.
"For the Love of Max" helps children process the emotions around the loss of a beloved family pet. Children learn that they can move through their grief into love and memory, because our pets are never really lost to us; we keep them in our hearts forever.
