by Kimberly S. Whitaker (Author)
"Our very survival depends on the ability to stay awake, to adjust to new ideas, to remain vigilant,
and to face the challenge of change." -MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
Kim Whitaker lived what appeared to be a fairy-tale life. Surprisingly, she faced putting the shattered pieces of her home, life, and career back together at fifty-two. In this inspiring book, Kim shares pieces that led to overcoming setbacks and failures that could have plunged her into the darkest depression.
By simply paying attention to opportunities placed within her path and acting upon them, Kim not only overcame
these obstacles, but used them as launching pads for a new beginning. Whether you are facing major life challenges, tough decisions, or longing for a new direction, these stories and personal anecdotes will inspire you to start a new journey.
