by James Stoddard (Author)
COME WITH US TO WORLDS OF WONDER
A collection of Fantasy and Science Fiction from the author of The High House, including Stoddard's celebrated The Battle of York and his previously unpublished Evenmere novella, The Leechmont. Many of these tales originally appeared in award-winning magazines such as The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction, Amazing Stories, and others. Journey to a Victorian grand hotel whose guests determine the fate of the universe. Visit an alternate history of the United States remembered only as mythology. Enter an observatory whose astronomers regulate the stars. Travel to a kingdom where a wizard turns his victims into books.
