Dr. Gaines has over 15 years of experience in public schools, university libraries, and public libraries. She earned a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership from The University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Gaines is the founder of Bus-stop 2 Bus-stop, LLC., a company that specializes in educational books, magazines, products, and services.
