The stakes are high for the defendant, who is a truck driver. If convicted of DUI, he would be disqualified from ever driving a truck in his lifetime. This is also the story of the two defense attorneys who argued the case and brought in a DUI expert witness. This book contains the transcripts from the jury trial, on which the jury's verdict would determine the fate of one man's livelihood, and his life. For the defendant, everything in his world was riding on one jury's verdict.

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and standard exchanges are not offered. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost to the customer.
