by Drake O. Wingem (Author), Drake O. Wingem (Illustrator)
When a baby dragon is born to the most unlikely mother, it decides to leave the comfort of its shell in search of brothers and sisters.
Every journey begins with a step, and for author Drake Wingem, Dragon Trees is the first step into an exciting new arena-children's literature. As a father, some of his most treasured experiences include reading to his young daughter Mae. Seeing her face light up when he makes voices, noises, and expressions brings him so much joy, a joy he hopes to spread to others in a magical new story about a quest for belonging.
Enter a strange new world, where nature holds many surprises. Come discover interesting plants and creatures and join one little dragon on a journey to find family. An ideal read-aloud for preschoolers, Dragon Trees will have parents and caregivers alike perfecting their dragon sounds.
