by Luke Roberts (Author)
In the heart of Chicago, a city torn apart by violence and despair, four unlikely companions find themselves on a mission to bring hope and healing to the broken streets. Paul, a struggling father, and his nephew Luke, join forces with two ex-convicts, Sam and JD, as they navigate through the chaos and danger that surround them.
As JD, a man with a dark past, begins to preach about the transformative power of God's love and forgiveness, his words spark a flame of hope in the hearts of those who hear him. But the city is not the only one listening. Antonio and Marco, men haunted by their own demons, are transporting a nuclear bomb to Chicago, while Padre, a former marine, plans a deadly assassination at a Unity rally.
Children of God is a riveting journey of hope, redemption, and the unbreakable bonds of family and friendship. As the clock ticks down and the stakes continue to rise, can they save the city and themselves, or will darkness prevail?
